Job Summary: A DHO professional to lead employee experience programs, conduct performance evaluations, manage organizational climate, and support continuous team development. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values inclusion and equal opportunity ***Responsibilities and Duties*** Lead and monitor employee experience programs; Support performance evaluation cycles and development plans; Conduct organizational climate surveys, track indicators, and propose improvement actions; Design and monitor mentoring and internal development programs; Plan, organize, and support training and capacity-building initiatives; Identify training needs in collaboration with leaders and departments; Develop learning materials, content, and learning paths; Support leadership and team development programs; Monitor training, development, and engagement indicators; Support onboarding, organizational culture initiatives, and strengthening of institutional competencies; Lead meetings, alignment sessions, and activities focused on employees' continuous development; Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental records. ***Requirements*** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in Human and Organizational Development processes; Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Analytical, proactive, and collaborative profile. Experience with training and development programs; Knowledge of performance evaluation, IDPs (Individual Development Plans), and climate surveys; Experience with culture, engagement, and leadership development initiatives; Familiarity with HR metrics and tools; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Compensation: R$4.200,00 – R$4.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan Workplace: On-site
