Job Summary: Ensure efficient and reliable execution of logistics and tax routines, guaranteeing accurate document issuance, inventory control, and operational fluidity, thereby contributing to revenue generation and operational continuity. Support in tax parameterization and CIF operations **Position Mission** Ensure efficient and reliable execution of logistics and tax routines, guaranteeing accurate document issuance, inventory control, and operational fluidity, directly contributing to the company's revenue generation and operational continuity. **Job Responsibilities** * Issue incoming and outgoing tax invoices. * Issue correction letters, supplementary invoices, returns, and cancellations. * Perform goods receipt and inventory control. * Validate loading orders (customer, balance, logistics data). * Schedule loading with warehouses (proprietary/third-party systems). * Monitor loading activities and interact with drivers and representatives. * Ensure cargo release according to payment terms. * Update internal controls and reports (billing, balances). * Register and maintain updated data in the ERP system (customers, products, carriers). * Support tax parameterization in the system as directed by the accounting department. * Support CIF operations (interface with carriers) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Meal allowance Possibility of relocation/moving to the job location: * Balneário Camboriú, SC: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Screening Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you hold a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields?
