Work collaboratively to ensure service quality and efficiency. Serve customers and provide technical support. Diagnose and resolve issues in fiber optic networks. Perform tests and inspections on installed systems. Position based in Itapema / SC. Previous experience as a Network Technician, Telecommunications Installer, Telecommunications Specialist, or Network Technician may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this role.
