A safe, functional, and productive environment **Job Summary** The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting building and equipment maintenance activities within the company, contributing to the preservation, safety, and proper functioning of facilities. Works under leadership guidance, performing low-complexity preventive and corrective tasks to ensure a safe, functional, and productive work environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** services on building installations, including: * + Plumbing; + Basic electrical systems; + Painting; + Masonry; + Carpentry; * Support the preservation and operation of electrical, plumbing, lighting, and structural building systems; * Assist in repairing, replacing, and adjusting low-complexity parts, components, and equipment; * Respond to internal maintenance requests, record interventions, and report incidents to leadership; * Ensure proper use, preservation, and organization of tools, equipment, and work materials; * Support the organization of the maintenance department and basic inventory control of materials; * Strictly comply with internal **occupational safety regulations**, correctly using **PPE**; * Collaborate with other company departments on emergency requests or preventive maintenance actions. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed elementary education; * High school diploma preferred; * Technical or vocational training in **electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, or building maintenance** will be considered an advantage. **Experience** * Minimum **6 months** of experience in similar roles, preferably in building, industrial, or logistics maintenance. **Technical Skills** * Basic knowledge of: Electrical systems Plumbing Painting * Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment; * Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, work orders, or basic schematics; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and proper use of PPE; **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organization and care for equipment and environments; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Clear and objective communication; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Agility and availability to meet operational demands. **Advantage:** * Knowledge or certification in **NR\-10** and **NR\-35** is desirable. **OEA-Sensitive**: Yes Access to sensitive company areas and direct influence on the physical integrity of structures and equipment, impacting operational reliability required by OEA criteria
