Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and aesthetics-passionate Sales Consultant to handle customer service and prospecting at a specialized clinic. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and online customer service, presenting treatments and closing sales. 2. Monitoring the customer journey with a focus on humanized service. 3. Working with monthly sales targets and supporting promotional activities. We are looking for a communicative, proactive professional passionate about aesthetics to work as a Sales Consultant in our specialized clinic offering aesthetic treatments and laser hair removal. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person and online consultations with clients interested in our procedures. * Present available treatments, explaining benefits, packages, and unique selling points. * Perform follow-up with leads and clients to close sales. * Maintain and update the clinic's CRM or internal system. * Monitor the customer journey, delivering humanized and delightful service. * Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. * Support the team in organizing events and promotional activities. * Requirements: * Previous sales experience. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Organization, results orientation, and teamwork spirit. * Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools is a plus. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling laser procedures or aesthetic treatments. * Technical training or courses in aesthetics is a plus (but not mandatory). * We Offer: * Fixed salary + attractive sales commission. * Training on offered procedures. * Pleasant work environment with growth opportunities.
