




**We are seeking a professional with strong sales skills to join our client’s team, a company operating since 2011 in the service provision market of Florianópolis and surrounding areas.** **Position: External Sales Consultant (Balneário Camboriú and surrounding areas)** **Compensation: CLT – BRL 3,478.88 + 10% commission on closed contracts.** **Benefits:** Attendance bonus (BRL 244.18), meal voucher (BRL 803.00), fuel allowance, health insurance after one year of employment. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Key responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new clients (building managers, property management companies, and businesses); * Conduct in-person sales visits to condominiums and businesses in the region; * Present the company’s services (reception, cleaning, maintenance, and security); * Identify client needs and propose customized solutions; * Prepare, monitor, and negotiate commercial proposals; * Manage and strengthen partnerships with building managers and property management companies; * Attend events, meetings, and assemblies—including evening sessions when required; * Maintain up-to-date CRM records of visits, contacts, and negotiations; * Support post-sales activities, ensuring an organized transition to operations; * Work toward sales targets and performance metrics; * Represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with the Group’s culture. **Requirements:** * Own vehicle for conducting sales visits; * Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients; * Proactive sales profile, focused on prospecting and closing contracts; * Organized and disciplined approach to managing schedule, visits, and follow-ups; * Negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections; * Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Results-oriented mindset and focus on sales metrics; * Professional appearance and ethical conduct; * Proficiency with technology and CRM systems; * Emotional maturity to handle challenges; * Knowledge of the condominium market and familiarity with condominium operations is desirable, including basic understanding of reception, cleaning, maintenance, and security services.
