**Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the analysis and improvement of production processes; * Participate in cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects; * Collaborate in monitoring performance indicators (KPIs); * Support inventory management and production planning; * Contribute to the implementation of food safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Conduct feasibility studies and layout optimization; * Attend meetings and present progress reports. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering (from the 4th semester onwards); * Knowledge of production management tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Proactivity, organization, and ability to work in a team; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day.
