Development of interpersonal and organizational skills Job Title: Junior Receptionist Main Responsibilities: \- Greet and receive clients, suppliers, and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner. \- Control and record the entry and exit of people within company premises. \- Provide general information and guide visitors regarding department and room locations. \- Schedule and confirm meetings, as well as prepare meeting rooms. \- Provide administrative support, such as receiving and distributing mail, organizing files and documents. \- Assist with tasks related to mail, email, and telephone management. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in reception, public service, or administrative roles. \- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. \- Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to work under pressure. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use management systems and tools. \- Impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of a second language, preferably English. \- Prior experience in corporate environments. \- Certifications in customer service or secretarial studies.
