Support for financial routines and document organization A service outsourcing and facilities management company is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Navegantes. **Responsibilities:** Execute and monitor operational procurement activities for stores, including raw materials, packaging, and cleaning supplies. Conduct quotations and negotiate with suppliers. Support the finance department in accounts payable and receivable routines. Organize documents and perform simple reconciliations. Issue and verify invoices. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
