Organization and management of tax documents An enterprise management consulting company is seeking a Tax Assistant in Bombinhas (North Zone). MovRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Respond to and process customer requests. Import purchase and sales invoices via the website. Perform verification and reconciliation of fiscal invoices. Assist in generating relevant tax forms (ISS, DAS). Support the preparation of ISSQN declarations (services received and provided). Assist in digital bookkeeping according to established deadlines. Support physical document importation and analysis. Verify documents sent via DROPBOX. Identify federal, active debt, municipal, and state tax liabilities, and perform installment simulation calculations. Support area analysts according to task priority. Support fiscal department needs as required. Maintain workplace organization and internal routines. Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant, Tax Assistant, Compliance Assistant, or Audit Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
