




Job Summary: Responsible for purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, controlling costs, analyzing quotations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Key Highlights: 1. Development and maintenance of supplier relationships **Responsibilities:** * Procure materials, supplies, and services according to company requirements * Negotiate prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, and freight charges with suppliers * Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships * Issue and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery * Control costs and identify opportunities for expense reduction * Analyze quotations and prepare comparative analyses for decision-making * Monitor inventory levels in coordination with internal departments * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures * Support audits and internal controls related to the procurement function **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred) * Prior experience in procurement * Knowledge of negotiation processes and cost analysis * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.400,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Real Estate Development Sales Experience: * Customer Service (Mandatory)
