Job Summary: Responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital content, including text, graphics, video creation, and external content sourcing, with a focus on performance and metrics. External Content/Material Sourcing You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all digital content for our clients. Key responsibilities include: * **Strategic Content Creation:** Develop texts, captions, and concepts for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * **Content Design:** Create visually appealing graphic assets aligned with brand identity (static posts, stories, carousels, e-books, etc.). * **Video Creation and Editing:** Plan, shoot, and edit short and long-form videos, mastering editing tools to produce dynamic, high-quality material. * **External Content/Material Sourcing:** Capture photos and videos on location to build an authentic and relevant library of images and videos. * Performance management and metric tracking. What We Expect From You: * **Proven Experience** in Digital Marketing and Social Media roles (portfolio submission is a plus). * **Proficiency** in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). * **Excellent** written and visual communication skills. * **Personal Vehicle** and availability for external content sourcing when required. * Proactivity, organization, and ability to work autonomously. * **Work Mode:** **Remote Work** (100% remote). RESIDENCE IN THE REGION IS REQUIRED FOR CLIENT CONTENT SOURCING. * **Employment Type:** Possible **PJ** (Legal Entity) or **CLT** (Consolidation of Labor Laws) – to be mutually agreed upon. * **Salary:** Negotiable, based on experience and employment type.
