Job Summary: An Inventory Clerk is responsible for verifying and storing products and materials in inventory, ensuring organization and control, and working across various sectors to inspect goods, quality, and specifications. Collaboration with logistics teams to improve efficiency The Inventory Clerk is responsible for verifying and storing products and materials in inventory, ensuring their organization and control. This professional works in companies across diverse sectors, performing goods inspection, verifying quantities, quality, and specifications. Additionally, the Inventory Clerk may also be responsible for order picking, product packaging, and conducting periodic inventories. * Verify incoming and outgoing products and materials in inventory, checking quantities, quality, and specifications against invoices and orders * Verify receiving unloads, unitizing and documenting all information for correct material entry * Verify picked products, ensuring quantity and cargo integrity prior to shipment * Organize and store products appropriately, ensuring correct identification and location * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, adhering to workplace safety and hygiene standards * Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for cargo handling, following safety procedures * Report any issues or irregularities identified in inventory to the immediate supervisor and seek solutions * Collaborate with the logistics team and other company departments to ensure operational fluidity and efficiency * Ensure adherence to established deadlines for verification, picking, and storage activities REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in this role. EDUCATION: Completed High School. Inventory Clerk training course.
