Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, organizing, and controlling daily operations in the FLV department, aiming to maximize operational efficiency and ensure product and service quality. Focus on customer experience and service About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With a multi-family management structure, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily routines in the FLV department; guiding and clarifying team members’ questions; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time-off requests; defining timelines and standardizing procedures—aiming to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality, while complying with regulations, best practices manuals, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and performance targets; additionally performing customer service and sales activities. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive shopping experience by meeting customers’ needs, surprising them with guidance on product variety, and making relevant sales suggestions; Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining timelines and optimal display of attractive and distinctive products, while maintaining cordial customer relationships; Reduce FLV losses and damages by guiding, monitoring, and overseeing daily team activities and operations, suggesting and implementing recovery actions where feasible, and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Manage procurement orders for FLV department merchandise, analyzing and administering inventory levels as well as historical sales data, seasonality, and specific promotions—ensuring timely procurement planning to guarantee supply, restocking, and prevent stockouts, losses, or disruptions; Ensure the product counter is consistently stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean—guiding, controlling, and monitoring daily routines; Oversee goods receiving, and organize, guide, and/or store items in refrigerated chambers, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre\-established standards; Keep the team informed and updated about new products; Manage personnel matters related to time-off scheduling, hour banks, vacations, and other work schedule requirements—through reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR department and directly advising team members; Promote professional development and team motivation via regular feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Maintain department organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by enforcing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Requirements Keep the team united and engaged despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding store context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Relevant Experience **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Counter assembly, food handling, sales analysis, margin assessment, loss tracking, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Shopping Discounts at Group Stores Life Insurance **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Fully on-site position **Work Location:** Av. das Comunidades, 995 \- Centro / Gaspar **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM; 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
