Job Summary: Forklift Operator responsible for material handling, warehouse organization, and ensuring product integrity, working collaboratively within a team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work to achieve operational goals **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform material handling using front-end and reach forklifts in accordance with operational procedures; * Sort and allocate products into designated racks and storage locations; * Replenish picking lines, storage areas, and shipping zones according to demand; * Ensure proper handling and integrity of products during movement; * Conduct daily equipment inspection checklists and report any anomalies or maintenance needs; * Support warehouse organization and adherence to occupational safety standards; * Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and operational targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Forklift Operator training course with up-to-date certification (including annual refresher training), valid and recognized by a competent institution. Personal transportation to the workplace is required. **Compensation:** Positions for the 1st Shift Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM Salary: R$ 2\.595,00 Bonus up to R$ 300,00 based on performance criteria Meal Allowance: R$ 300,00; Fuel Allowance: R$ 300,00 (paid via card) Overtime bank settled every six months.
