With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in sorting, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meat, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals, as well as placing trimmings, fat, and tallow into the collector box for sale to the bone factory; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously replenishing product display counters and ensuring correct pricing, following predefined rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by conducting frequent inventory checks and handling and storing meat appropriately; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal operational conditions, adhering to hygiene, safety, and predefined standards; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates through daily inspections, and promptly remove products with damaged or expired packaging or lacking identification; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
