Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized commercial assistant to support the sales cycle—from prospecting to post-sales—ensuring excellence in lead handling. Key Highlights: 1. Development of negotiation and communication skills Position: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT * We seek a proactive and organized individual to join our commercial team. The primary focus is to support the sales cycle from prospecting through to post-sales, ensuring each lead is handled with excellence and agility. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead prospecting and qualification via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp * Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team * Monitoring the sales funnel in the CRM (updating stages, notes, and contacts) * Sending commercial proposals and quotations * Follow-up with leads and customers to drive conversion and retention * Post-sales customer support (product-related inquiries, delivery timelines, terms and conditions) * Assisting in preparing commercial performance reports REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the furniture sector. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present products, negotiate terms, and build relationships with diverse customer profiles. \- Proven negotiation skills, ability to overcome objections, and close sales with a focus on goals and results. \- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and multichannel customer service platforms. Desired Competencies: \- Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving aggressive sales targets. \- Empathy, active listening, and ability to understand customer pain points. \- Persuasiveness and firmness in managing complex negotiations.
