Job Summary: Work as a multifunctional store assistant in retail, providing customer service, supporting sales, restocking merchandise, and organizing the store environment. Key Highlights: 1. Store Assistant Job Responsibilities Perform support activities for retail store operations, working multifunctionally in customer service, sales, point-of-sale system operation, merchandise restocking, and sales area organization, in compliance with current labor legislation, company internal policies, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement applicable to the commercial category in the Tijucas/SC territorial base. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts, advising on products, prices, promotions, and payment terms, aiming for satisfaction, loyalty, and a positive shopping experience. * Assist in and conduct sales through appropriate customer approach, product presentation, suggestion of complementary items, and support in achieving the company’s established sales targets. * Complete merchandise sales transactions for customers by registering them in the company’s system, without handling bank deposits. * Restock, organize, price, and display merchandise in sales areas, maintaining the store layout according to company-defined standards. * Support inventory control by participating in stocktaking, merchandise verification, and identifying restocking needs or discrepancies. * Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the workplace, equipment, furniture, and store materials. * Perform other related and compatible duties as directed by management, necessary for the proper functioning of the store.
