This person will directly support day-to-day activities including recruitment, selection, hiring, termination, and employee experience lifecycle management. We seek a hands-on professional focused on efficient process execution. **Responsibilities** \- Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring processes \- Support onboarding of new employees \- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback at probation contract milestones \- Manage termination processes and conduct exit interviews \- Support performance evaluation meetings \- Ensure practical and efficient execution of HR processes **Requirements** \- Proven experience in generalist HR operations \- Practical experience in recruitment, selection, and performance management \- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct interviews and deliver feedback \- Hands-on profile, oriented toward process execution \- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience in mid-sized companies or dynamic environments \- Familiarity with HR management tools **Location** Preference for candidates from the Balneário Camboriú region Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.438,35 \- R$4\.461,16 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
