Our culture is strong and deeply rooted, just like our team. **Responsibilities:** Identify contractual and litigation-related legal risks, proposing legally sound solutions aligned with the company’s guidelines and interests; Support internal departments by drafting legal opinions, providing legal guidance, and clarifying technical matters, acting as a business partner; Draft and review medium-complexity procedural documents, such as initial pleadings, statements of defense, appeals, and various submissions; Monitor civil, mass, and strategic judicial proceedings at all court levels, ensuring timely compliance and technical quality of deliverables; Conduct litigation and contractual risk analyses, suggesting defense strategies, settlement agreements, and contingency mitigation measures; Support the preparation of managerial reports, presentations, and legal performance indicators, contributing to decision-making; Collaborate with the team on matters referred to the Legal Department upon request; **Qualifications:** Completed Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); Solid experience in contracts, civil litigation, and basic corporate governance routines; Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to draft medium-complexity procedural documents; Experience working in the legal area within corporate environments. **Additional Information:** Commission on recovered amounts from delinquent accounts Hybrid work model Part-time
