Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimize operations, ensure service excellence, control costs, and develop the logistics team. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. 2. Lead and develop the logistics team. 3. Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean / Kaizen). We are looking for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR to ensure efficiency and profitability of logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and billing), while maintaining high service levels, cost control, and team development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping operations. * Ensure inventory accuracy. * Plan and execute rotating and periodic inventory counts. * Manage carrier contracts and performance. * Monitor KPIs. * Coordinate the billing department to ensure SLA compliance and reduce rework. * Lead, develop, and evaluate the logistics team. * Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean / Kaizen). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields) * Advanced Excel skills (including data analysis and dashboards) **Additional Information** * On-site work in Itajaí/SC * Meal allowance and health insurance.
