Check the requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience managing development programs and recruitment processes. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with performance evaluation processes. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Support logistics for external training; * Support Development Programs; * Manage recruitment processes; * Support the performance evaluation process for professionals; * Support the organization of internal events; * Monitor and update HR department indicators; * Support other HR departments.
