Work with steel plates, following project specifications and quality standards. **ARXO** is seeking an experienced **Boilermaker Assembler** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** Perform industrial assembly and installation tasks related to boiler-making, such as tanks, reservoirs, and silos, working with steel plates in general. Read and interpret technical drawings, tolerance standards, fit specifications, technical details of views, sections, dimensional indications, surface finishes, symbols relevant to task execution, projections, etc. Use mechanical precision instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and other equivalent tools; perform workshop calculations up to trigonometry level; consult tables, manuals, and technical formulas. Assemble parts and equipment, verifying ideal installation positions on drawings/sketches while respecting dimensions and part leveling, using appropriate tools and equipment for task execution per project requirements. Mark metal plates with layout plans to be cut for manufacturing various parts or frameworks, according to projects, sketches, and drafts; inspect and prepare parts for welding, including bevelling, cleaning, removing grease and oxides, and correctly positioning them to ensure perfect welds. Cut metal plates according to required shapes and dimensions using mechanical shears, cutting torches, and other conventional equipment. Drill holes using drills and bits to allow passage for rivets, pins, or bolts. Join different parts using appropriate tools, machines, and fixtures to shape the designed part per sketch or immediate supervisor’s instructions. Deburr edges using files or other specific tools to provide necessary finishing to the assembly, conforming to quality standards. Guide and assist welders regarding welding locations, monitoring and positioning parts to ensure equipment fabrication in the industrial area or directly at the assembly site, adhering to safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** - Completed high school education and vocational training; - NR 11, 12, 33, and 35 certifications. - Prior experience required. **Profile:** Dynamism, Creativity, Determination, and Agility.
