The company is seeking an Administrative Analyst in Itajaí.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage the travel workflow, including airline tickets, accommodations, vehicle rentals, and transfers. Support logistics for corporate events, external meetings, and training sessions. Analyze expense indicators, reconcile invoices, and assist in the expense reporting process (reimbursements). Guide employees on accessing the travel management system. Issue travel insurance policies. Support maintenance management: organize schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, cleaning, and landscaping) within the administrative department. Support supplier management: select, request quotations from, and manage contracts with service providers and suppliers. Monitor and plan space utilization (layout), and coordinate renovations or relocations within the administrative area. Support cleaning management: organize cleaning schedules for administrative departments and the cafeteria. Initiate purchase requests and enter invoices into the system. Perform invoice reconciliation and budget management. Carry out other related tasks.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or Administration Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
