Marco Konder - SC **Department:** Specialized Development Center **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Clinical experience and proficiency in treating autistic patients; Training or specialization in methodologies (Applied Behavior Analysis, Orofacial Motor Skills, and/or Dysphagia); Desirable: Prompt, SENA, Finger Method, and Bobath); Active Crefono registration in SC. Basic computer skills. **Job Mission:** Promote holistic development and improve quality of life for children with neuroatypical conditions through evidence-based, specialized therapeutic interventions aligned with health plan guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Deliver treatment according to the service's technical specifications 2\. Ensure proper execution of administrative duties within the service 3\. Keep all information regarding individual patient care updated in the Electronic Medical Record and management tools 4\. Utilize available work tools 5\. Participate in meetings with technical and management teams 6\. Seek guidance from the Technical Supervisor and/or administrative department regarding client service processes 7\. Stay updated on cooperative-wide content, such as the Employee Handbook and area-specific restricted materials—for example: IT (Work Instructions) 8\. Attend company-provided training sessions 9\. Suggest acquisition of therapeutic resources for patient care 10\. Assume responsibility for preserving resources, organizing, and maintaining hygiene of shared departmental assets 11\. Gather information related to patient treatment from the multidisciplinary team providing direct care—including Unimed Litoral network (Primary Health Care; Hospital and NAS), clinical complementary exams, and updates in the Electronic Medical Record 12\. Gather information and align therapeutic strategy jointly with the patient’s educational institution 13\. When necessary, request a Development Report from other institutions that previously treated the patient (healthcare network, private clinics, etc.) 14\. Develop the Therapeutic Plan following the department’s established model, applying protocols from the Specialized Development Center (CDE) service 15\. Ensure implementation of the Therapeutic Plan, demonstrating punctuality and commitment to the patient’s treatment 16\. Discuss, update, and implement the patient’s Therapeutic Plan collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team and with the Speech-Language Pathology Technical Supervisor 17\. Prepare the patient’s Development Report according to department-specified frequency and provide feedback to caregivers 18\. Serve as the designated professional responsible for the Therapeutic Plan in the patient’s treatment, per internal organizational structure 19\. Prepare Technical Opinions on interventions performed upon request 20\. Conduct speech therapy and technical capacity-building groups according to service specifications 21\. Continuously update domain-specific knowledge to deliver qualified care to patients with atypical development 22\. Propose departmental improvements aimed at optimizing service strategy 23\. Understand operational workflows involved in patient care 24\. Demonstrate autonomy in resolving departmental issues 25\. Organize and assist in logistics for patient-care resources—such as interactive rooms, toy/material rooms, and consultation rooms Perform other related duties consistent with the responsibilities inherent to the operational unit and nature of the work, as directed by superiors.
