Prepare Technical Opinions on interventions performed upon request 20\. Conduct speech therapy and technical capacity-building groups according to service specifications 21\. Continuously update domain-specific knowledge to deliver qualified care to patients with atypical development 22\. Propose departmental improvements aimed at optimizing service strategy 23\. Understand operational workflows involved in patient care 24\. Demonstrate autonomy in resolving departmental issues 25\.
