Position for proactive individuals with a willingness to learn. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Active and receptive online and in-person customer service to students, candidates, and leads; Enrollment processing; Student reception; Document organization and control, as well as other administrative routine tasks; Delivery of teaching materials; Participation in training sessions and initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential; Basic computer literacy; Prior experience in this field is not required. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):** Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint); Previous experience in customer service and/or commercial areas; Willingness to learn and proactivity.
