Job Summary: We are seeking an SDR to conduct prospecting and qualification of B2B leads and support the sales team, with a focus on researching new customers and monitoring commercial results. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to prospect and qualify B2B leads (inbound and outbound). 2. Essential role in scheduling demonstrations and handing off opportunities. 3. Focus on research, identification of new customers, and tracking metrics. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Prospect and qualify B2B leads (inbound and outbound); * Make initial contact with potential customers; * Record information and update the CRM; * Schedule demonstrations and hand off opportunities to the sales team; * Conduct follow-ups with leads; * Research and identify new customers according to the ideal customer profile (ICP); * Monitor results and commercial KPIs; * Support the achievement of the sales team’s goals. **Requirements to Apply:** * Bachelor’s degree or coursework in IT, Sales, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience as an SDR or in a similar role; * Knowledge of active prospecting and lead qualification; * Familiarity with the sales funnel and identifying customer needs; * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus); * Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset; * Experience tracking metrics and results. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Intermediate/advanced English **What the Company Offers:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Meal allowance (R$ 36.14 per business day); * SESC membership benefits; * Gym partnership with special discounts; * Discounts on online therapy sessions with a partner psychologist; * Career development plan with growth opportunities; * Annual tenure-based bonus.
