Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD) Career Opportunity: Warehouse Assistant **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Receiving, inspecting, and storing parts and materials; * Picking and delivering parts according to internal requests; * Managing inventory inflows and outflows in the system; * Monitoring stock levels and reporting replenishment needs; * Conducting cycle counts and supporting full inventories; * Organizing the warehouse, maintaining material identification and standardization; * Issuing requisitions, system entries, and inventory movements; * Tracking orders and delivery deadlines with internal suppliers; * Supporting analysis of inventory discrepancies; * Independently resolving operational demands within the department; * Ensuring proper preservation of parts, equipment, and warehouse organization; * Complying with safety regulations and internal procedures. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or parts logistics; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and system-based movements; * Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority; * Proactive profile with ability to work autonomously; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Familiarity with mechanical, automotive, or industrial parts is desirable; **This is what we offer:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration) * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 — lunch break from 12:00 to 13:12 * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance (VA) or food voucher (VR): R$ 5.64 per working day — with R$ 1 payroll deduction * Life insurance: So you can live with peace of mind, knowing we’re here to support you * Pharmacy assistance: If your medicine shelf runs low, we’ll help ensure you don’t neglect your health.
