This role will be strategic in scaling results, strengthening culture, structuring processes, and elevating recruitment maturity—with a focus on data, performance, and innovation. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading and developing the Tech Recruiters team, structuring routines, rituals, goals, and individual follow-ups; * Ensuring adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and quality standards; * Conducting performance evaluations, providing continuous feedback, and managing PDIs for the team; * Enhancing technical and behavioral recruitment methodologies; * Directly handling critical, strategic, or highly senior roles; * Validating candidate profiles with clients in collaboration with People, Staff Augmentation, Operations, and Commercial teams; * Creating, monitoring, and reporting R\&S KPIs (Time to Hire, SLA per stage, delivery quality, recruitment funnel, match accuracy, and 90-day turnover); * Standardizing workflows, interviews, scripts, and templates; * Advancing AI usage in recruitment (screening, matching, interview analysis, and automation); * Monitoring dashboards and data, and exploring new tools and solutions for the team. **What you need:** * Solid experience as a Tech Recruiter, HRBP, or Recruitment and Selection Coordinator in technology companies; * Strong background in hiring tech profiles (development, QA, cloud, data, among others); * Experience leading teams; * Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools; * Analytical mindset, metrics- and results-oriented; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Spreadsheets and Power BI for indicator analysis; * Clear communication, consultative posture, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize; * Organization, autonomy, empathy, and people development skills. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in Staff Augmentation firms or tech consulting companies; * Experience applying AI to recruitment; * Continuous improvement and innovation mindset applied to R\&S processes.
