




Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service and monitoring, access control, and security systems in both remote and on-site environments. Key Highlights: 1. CCTV and alarm system monitoring Responsibilities: * Provide customer service via email, phone, and WhatsApp; * Populate and submit updated spreadsheet data and various reports; * Remotely manage gatehouse operations using intercom systems; * Respond to alarm events and panic system activations; * Monitor CCTV footage through various software platforms and record incidents; * Control personnel entry and exit using access control systems; * Perform updates and register new users (employees and visitors) in access control software; * Monitor client equipment operation, initiate and track service tickets, and validate proper functionality; * Support on-site technical teams operating at client premises; * Create new client records in the Service Desk tool; * Monitor incident resolution processes and maintain compliant documentation per protocol requirements. **Requirements:** * Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating shift schedule (07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00) * Completed high school education; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CCTV monitoring; * Residence near the location or possession of personal transportation.
