Facilitation of internal communication and cross-team collaboration. **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "A company operating in the international food trade sector, specializing in the export of seafood, meats — chicken, pork, and beef — and various animal nutrition products." **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participate in strategic-level leadership meetings. Promote employee well-being and engagement initiatives. Facilitate internal communication and team collaboration. Participate in and organize events and activities reinforcing company culture. Plan, implement, and monitor training and development programs. Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and retention. Develop the action plan for the climate survey jointly with company leadership. Design and execute internal marketing initiatives. Support leadership in people management processes. Request promotional items/supplies for the department. General office administration (maintenance, procurement of supplies, and service contracting). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience with organizational culture processes; Knowledge of job evaluation and compensation program implementation; Knowledge of generalist HR/DHO processes; Knowledge of development programs such as IDP (Individual Development Plan) and LDP (Leadership Development Program); Familiarity with personnel administration routines. **REQUIREMENTS:** Analytical ability, decision-making skills, organization, and priority management; Proactivity and commitment to the business; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving capability; Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); English language proficiency — a plus. **EDUCATION:** Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. **BENEFITS:** Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance R$2\.000,00, pharmacy benefits, education assistance, and profit-sharing program (PPR). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–18:00 **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
