Evaluation will be conducted based on the candidate's technical knowledge level and experience, enabling a salary proposal commensurate with each candidate's professional profile. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Blender; * Basic understanding of Hard Surface and/or organic modeling; * Organizational skills and ease of use with technology; * Proactive, resilient personality with a strong desire to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Unreal Engine; * Experience with UV mapping, texturing, and rendering; * Interest in visual arts, games, and AI applied to 3D. **Desired Profile:** An organized and creative individual capable of independently solving problems and committed to continuous growth in the 3D field.
