As a Construction Leader at Rôgga, your primary challenge will be to lead all stages of construction, monitoring the execution of all phases of construction planning. By overseeing projects and construction teams and contractors, you will meet all stipulated premises and parameters, delivering results for the company and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services, while managing construction teams through Rôgga Culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management, supervision, and inspection of construction sites. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules (planning). * Safeguard the base budget of the construction project and manage cost control on site, among other duties related to the position. * Maintain the necessary workforce to carry out tasks and achieve results. * Manage and guide the team in executing activities according to project specifications, directing execution, monitoring progress, and demanding results within established methods and timelines. * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to comply with the construction schedule. * Be accountable for quality and safety standards on construction sites. * Prepare reports documenting completed work, inspections performed, and changes made relative to approved projects. * Keep the team engaged and aligned with Rôgga values, managing people effectively. * Monitor construction costs against the pre-established budget (avoiding waste). * Be accountable for actual costs, deadlines, quality, and safety of construction projects. * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs. * Measure third-party labor output. * Record production output. * Issue material requisitions for contractors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required; * Experience in multifamily vertical developments, conventional structural works, and structural masonry. **Additional Information** Founded in 2006 in Joinville, Rôgga Empreendimentos operates in Balneário Piçarras, Barra Velha, Penha, Itajaí, Itapoá, Joinville, and Jaraguá do Sul.
