Responsibilities: * Perform compounding of magistral and official formulas, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process; * Review prescriptions and assess technical feasibility of formulas; * Supervise and ensure compliance with Good Compounding Practices; * Conduct quality control of raw materials and finished products; * Organize and maintain traceability of processes and records; * Train and guide technical staff when necessary; * Serve customers and/or prescribers, clarifying technical questions; * Ensure compliance with sanitary and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: * Degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; * Experience in compounding pharmacies; * Knowledge of Good Compounding Practices; * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Commitment to quality and safety; * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Minimum two years of experience • Experience in compounding and physician visits • Experience with the "Fórmula Certa" system Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.636,41 – R$5.798,42 per month Work Location: On-site
