MDT Transformer Assembler

Description

Perform MDT transformer and component assembly activities in accordance with technical drawings, operating procedures, engineering specifications, and production orders, ensuring compliance with the company's established standards for quality, productivity, safety, environmental protection, and integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of MDT transformers, components, and subassemblies; * Carry out preparation, adjustment, fastening, and assembly of parts and structures according to technical specifications; * Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, manufacturing routings, and production orders; * Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, and equipment used in the production process; * Conduct dimensional checks and visual inspections during assembly stages; * Identify and report process deviations, non-conformities, and maintenance requirements; * Ensure compliance with operating procedures and quality and safety requirements; * Support organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the production environment; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction in the manufacturing process. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields is desirable; * Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical assembly; * Experience in transformer, electrical panel, or industrial equipment assembly is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams; * Knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical assembly; * Proficiency in using tools and measuring instruments; * Basic knowledge of metrology; * Understanding of industrial processes and production routines; * Familiarity with quality, occupational safety, and integrity principles; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance \- Unimed Dental Assistance Pharmacy Benefit Program Life Insurance Private Pension Plan PLR \- Profit and Results Sharing Christmas Card (Flash Benefits) On-site Restaurant Parking or Transportation Allowance Credit Cooperative Free online language learning platform (Go Fluent) Work Schedules: General: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM or 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:48 PM 2nd Shift: 2:40 PM to 12:09 AM 3rd Shift: 10:40 PM to 7:30 AM (Sunday: 8:08 PM to 5:00 AM Monday to Friday: 11:40 PM to 5:00 AM Friday to Saturday: 11:40 PM to 7:00 AM) Address: Rua Dr. Pedro Zimmermann, 5470 \- Itoupava Central, Blumenau \- SC, 89068\-002
