We value agility combined with quality and a human-centered approach in our processes Temporary Opportunity | Recruitment & Selection (R&S) We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection professional to work temporarily, supporting our team during a period of growth and high demand. If you are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and value agility without compromising quality, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Align job requirements with hiring managers Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments Ensure a positive candidate experience Manage an average volume of up to 15 job openings per month with organization and accuracy **What We’re Looking For:** Previous experience in R&S, preferably handling high-volume recruitment Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and organizational ability Proactive profile with autonomy and results orientation Experience with strategic roles is a plus **Additional Information:** Temporary contract (may be extended or converted to permanent) Work model: CLT or PJ – on-site Location: Centro, Itajaí/SC Here, we value agility combined with quality, a human-centered approach in our processes, and building connections that drive results.
