RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Plan and monitor the progress of automation and security projects. Develop and monitor detailed schedules. Prepare managerial reports and KPIs to support decision-making and client communication. Facilitate communication among internal teams, suppliers, and customers to align expectations. Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of projects throughout all phases. Conduct monthly measurement of executed labor hours, consolidating data for team productivity control. Organize and manage required documentation for team site access. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Project Management Specialist, or Project Planning Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
