Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for purchasing products, negotiating with domestic and international suppliers, and seeking improvements in the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and join this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** Purchase products for resale according to defined safety stock levels and budgeted forecasts, ensuring correct timing and quantities. Negotiate supply policies with domestic and international suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. Propose improvements and identify solutions for potential issues within the supply chain. * **Order Management:** Periodic maintenance of open orders in the system, tracking and updating information as established at the time of purchase. * **Merchandise Procurement:** Responsible for a group of medium-priority products; must ensure timely and accurate supply by negotiating optimal prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * **Weekly Monitoring of Product Availability Levels:** Track inventory levels through reports to proactively identify potential stockouts and take action to prevent them. * **Price and Timeline Negotiation:** Routinely monitor pricing using comparative reports, maintain frequent contact with suppliers, and periodically negotiate prices and timelines precisely. * Support operational procurement process improvements. * Master departmental KPIs and assist in developing procurement action plans to meet the company’s supply plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Procurement (experience in parts procurement is considered a plus); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for analysis and controls; * Familiarity with the **Protheus/TOTVS** system or another integrated ERP is desirable; * English language knowledge. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Flexible Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Totalpass; * Birthday Day Off; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunities aligned with your delivery pace.
