Job Summary: This Fleet and Risk Management Analyst is responsible for fleet monitoring, tracking, driver support, risk management coordination, and administrative tasks related to fleet safety. Support functions for vehicle/driver maintenance and registration Fleet and Risk Management Analyst \- Third Shift Sunday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (remote work) Responsibilities: Monitor fleet monitoring and tracking activities in coordination with the risk management provider. Provide telephone support to drivers and the risk management provider. Assist in identifying vehicles scheduled for maintenance. Follow up with drivers to ensure completion of checklists. Support the analyst in recording trip logs. Driver registration. Update trip statuses hourly in designated communication groups. Adhere to the Risk Management team’s action plan regarding safety matters. Driver registration. Vehicle registration. Manifest issuance. CIOT release. Manifest finalization. Proactively act to ensure driver safety during trips.
