D1 seeks a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical professional interested in staying updated on tax legislation, capable of correctly applying regulations to tax operations and proactively preventing errors and identifying improvement opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Perform fiscal bookkeeping and verify incoming and outgoing invoices (goods and services).
Directly handle tax calculation under the Real Profit regime (non-cumulative PIS and COFINS) and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS).
Review import processes and assist in issuing the import entry invoice (Customs Declaration, costs, and applicable taxes).
Monitor retail operations, ensuring correct taxation of products.
Prepare and submit ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, MIT, DCTF, REINF, DIME, GIA, among others).
Support reconciliation between accounting and tax accounts.
Mandatory Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or Law (completed or enrolled from the 5th semester onward).
Experience: Proven experience in tax routines for companies under the Real Profit regime.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PIS/COFINS (non-cumulative) and ICMS legislation.
Excel: Intermediate level (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and other formulas).
Desirable Requirements
Experience with tax routines of importing companies (customs documents) and retail businesses.
Knowledge of the Domínio system.
