Conduct internal audits on construction sites with a focus on ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H. Monitor technological control of site services and testing schedules. Deliver technical training and capacity-building for production teams and auditors. Evaluate suppliers based on IQF. Propose and track corrective action plans for nonconformities. Review documents and suggest improvements to procedures and quality standards. Lead quality forums, meetings, and quality dialogues focused on continuous improvement. Conduct technical inspections for delivery of residential units. Provide technical advisory and support to strategic and operational areas.
