Agile performance with a focus on results **Procurement Specialist** **100% on-site opportunity.** **Only for residents of Itajaí/SC or surrounding areas.** We are looking for a professional with solid procurement experience and background in mechanical workshops, dealerships, rental companies, and machinery maintenance sectors. Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of parts, consumables, and services related to maintenance of aerial work platforms; Operate in an agile, demand-driven routine, ensuring rapid response to business units; Monitor contracts and supplier relationships; Research and negotiate with key suppliers, as well as identify new strategic partners; Manage the end-to-end procurement process: from requisition to delivery; Knowledge of parts, repairs, and machinery maintenance; Ability to interpret technical manuals, part codes, and engineering drawings; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) and experience with ERP / rental management systems (e.g., Sisloc); Experience using e-procurement portals. Agility, flexibility, and resilience; Clear and agile communication; Negotiation skills; Organizational skills; Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
