About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-counter cashier activities; guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks; approving transactions; providing necessary materials to the team; organizing meetings; and primarily attending to customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure execution of front-counter operational procedures by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing loads on POS terminals and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying information; monitoring cash register discrepancies (monetary movements and loss prevention); organizing informative and supportive meetings; and attending to customers across various requests; Ensure correct execution of cash withdrawals and daily cash register closings, including physical cash counting and system reconciliation, to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security standards; Contribute to reducing front-counter loss rates through preventive actions—such as minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and ensuring prompt returns of perishable goods, etc.; Manage personnel matters—including shift scheduling, hour banks, vacations, and other work-hour-related demands—by reviewing managerial reports provided by the Human Resources department and by guiding employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school **Specific knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R.
