Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing operations, fleets, logistics, and maintenance of heavy equipment, with a focus on results, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Operations, fleet, logistics, and maintenance management **Strong people management and leadership skills; experience in operations, fleet, logistics, and/or heavy equipment maintenance.** Focus on results and continuous improvement. **Time management and organization.** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate qualification and proven team leadership experience preferred; **Knowledge of maintenance, regulatory standards, and Microsoft Office suite;** Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of equipment (elevating platforms) under management. Responsible for ensuring execution of maintenance activities, logistics, operational safety, and contract profitability, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
