Collaborate with other staff to ensure a harmonious work environment and a positive patient experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer Service: Greet patients courteously and empathetically, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment they enter the clinic. * Procedure Scheduling: Manage scheduling of nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring patients are attended efficiently and appointments are optimized. * Patient Registration: Accurately and confidentially collect patients' personal and insurance information, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. * Guidance and Direction: Provide clear instructions to patients regarding the procedures they will undergo, including pre- and post-procedure instructions, room locations, and any specific requirements. * Internal and External Communication: Serve as a point of contact between patients, medical staff, and other clinic departments, ensuring effective communication and proper coordination of care. **Requirements** * High school diploma; * Technical course in administration or related field; * 6 months of experience in customer service. **Behavioral Skills** * Attention to detail * Organization * Planning **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Location:** R.
