Pursuit of process and workflow improvements and automation Description: * Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI; * Knowledge of logistics operations; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Programming languages: proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. * Visualization tools: experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools. * Data modeling and structure: understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MongoDB). * Statistics and data analysis: knowledge of statistical methods, performance indicators (KPIs), and exploratory and predictive analytics. * Data manipulation and processing: use of tools such as advanced Excel, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and libraries like pandas and numpy. * Data Warehouse and BI concepts: understanding of data architectures, pipelines, and integrations. * Data analysis, BI structuring, frontend development, generating analytical insights. * Develop analyses of operational and tactical indicators. * Validate processes and procedures relevant to analytical data generation. * Develop dashboards and data consolidation. * Seek improvements in workflows and processes through automation. * Monitor and manage indicators, KPIs, and SLAs. * Comply with company policies and procedures. 2511140202461867905
