What You’ll Do:** * Support customer service and monitor import processes. * Create shipping bills of lading and provision taxes in the Conexos system. * Track and update cargo status (daily tracking). * Document management: Import Licenses (LI), Annex VII, release instructions (Siscarga, MAPA). * Request and manage cash deposits, authorization for DI registration, and ICMS exemption where applicable. * Liaise with customs brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure clearance and release. * Submit processes for invoice issuance, track pickup, transportation, and delivery. * Submit processes for operational closing and provide documents to the client. * Monitor processes with the Demurrage team. **?** **Requirements:** * Experience in this role. * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of import processes and customs documentation is preferred. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. ?
