Contribute to compliance with internal policies and legislation **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We seek a candidate to execute, support, and assist HR processes, contributing to ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective bargaining agreements. The professional will serve as the Shared Services Center (CSC) representative at the Blumenau site, performing in-person services for the local site and remote support for the company’s other locations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Employee Support: Provide in-person support for the Blumenau site and remote support for all group locations. * Payroll Department Support: Assist payroll department processes to ensure legal compliance and address employee inquiries. * Time & Attendance Management: Perform activities related to working hours control and timekeeping processing. * Local Representation: Act as the focal point of the CSC (HR Shared Services Center) locally, ensuring alignment with corporate policies. * Compliance: Contribute to ensuring processes comply with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: General knowledge of payroll department operations. * Systems (Preferred): Prior experience with ADP or APDATA systems, especially time & attendance modules. * Profile: Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions and a solution-oriented mindset. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Blumenau/SC. **Additional Information** The **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion facilities and 62 paper mills.
