Your mission is to guarantee that store tenants and customers enjoy the best connectivity experience, working directly on the technological front line of one of Itajaí’s most dynamic environments. **Your daily responsibilities:** * **Connectivity Management:** Configuration and installation of network devices (routers, switches, modems, and ONUs). * **Cutting-Edge Infrastructure:** Implementation and maintenance of structured cabling and fiber-optic networks. * **Wi-Fi Optimization:** Diagnosis and tuning of wireless networks to ensure maximum coverage and speed. * **Consultative Support:** Direct technical support to store tenants, resolving incidents promptly with a focus on satisfaction. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Technical proficiency in network and infrastructure configuration. * Practical knowledge of fiber-optic splicing or connectorization (a plus). * Problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for interacting with people. **Work Schedule:** 6x1 rotating shift (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM) at the Itajaí/SC city center. **What benefits do our employees receive?** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of R$26.30 per workday * Monthly bonus based on monthly targets, up to R$200.00 * Dental plan (no payroll deduction) * Health insurance (with co-payment) * Life insurance * Career development plan Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.969,20 – R$2.188,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
