Conduct analysis, control, and monitoring of the company’s financial routines, ensuring information reliability, supporting decision-making, and meeting deadlines—thereby contributing to Incotex’s financial health and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and control **cash flow**, prepare forecasts, and conduct financial analyses; * Execute and analyze **accounts payable and receivable** routines, ensuring timely processing and reconciliations; * Prepare **managerial financial reports**, performance indicators, and results analyses; * Support the **monthly financial closing**, ensuring data accuracy; * Monitor the **budget**, analyze variances, and propose improvements; * Perform bank reconciliations and manage financial investments; * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation; * Collaborate with internal departments, delivering financial and analytical support; * Suggest improvements to financial processes to enhance efficiency and organization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**; * Prior experience in finance, particularly in analysis and control routines; * Knowledge of **cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial reporting**; * Proficiency in **Intermediate/Advanced Excel.**
